TL;DR:
Location: Warsaw, dynamic B2B sales office.
Problem: "Acoustic smog" in open space hindered focus and professional client reception.
Solution: 2 × Acoustic Cabin Model M as a dedicated meeting zone, 33 dB insulation.
Installation: Prefabricated elements — transported through narrow stairwells with no structural changes.
Expansion: Second cabin and external LED occupancy indicators after the first deployment's success.
Challenge: salespeople's buzz and supplier visits in one room
Our Warsaw client manages a dynamic sales team where the phone never stops ringing. In an open-space office, "acoustic smog" had become a barrier not only to concentration, but also to professionalism — the company frequently hosts clients and suppliers, and the lack of free rooms for meetings forced negotiations to be conducted in a noisy environment. Interference with the building's structure was out of the question due to lease restrictions and room layout.
Solution: M booths that "squeezed through" the office's bottlenecks
We proposed the implementation of two-person acoustic cabins Model M. This "room within a room" solution offers insulation at the level of 33 dB — a sufficient barrier to keep confidential conversations with suppliers behind closed doors.
The key logistical challenge in this Warsaw office building was the exceptionally narrow corridors and staircases. Thanks to the fact that our systems are delivered in prefabricated elements and assembled directly at the client's premises, our team efficiently transported the components to the target space, where complete meeting rooms were assembled within a few hours.
Comfort evolution: second booth and occupancy indicator system
The team's satisfaction with the first booth was so great that the client quickly decided to purchase a second one. To better manage traffic on the open space, both cabins were additionally equipped with external occupancy indicators.
- LED indicator on the roof: Lights red when the motion sensor detects someone inside.
- Time savings: Staff from every corner of the office can see at a glance whether either cabin is free, eliminating unnecessary walks and knocking on doors during ongoing meetings.
Frequently asked questions about booth installations in Warsaw
Can Model M booths be moved when changing offices?
Yes. This is one of the great advantages of self-supporting structures. The booths are 100% mobile — they can be disassembled, transported, and reassembled in a new location without damaging floors or office walls.
How do the booths handle ventilation during two-person meetings?
Model M features two efficient fans (up to 420 m³/h), allowing a full air exchange approximately every 3 minutes. Participants can independently adjust the airflow intensity using the touch panel.
Does installing the booths require special floor preparation?
No. M booths are placed on stable feet with several adjustable support points. Installation begins with levelling the cabin floor, so even an uneven surface is not a problem.
What colours are available for the booths?
The exterior can be powder-coated in any colour from the full RAL palette, while the interior offers a choice of over 60 fabrics and finishes. There is certainly a colour that matches the office interior or corporate identity.
