Machine noise on production floors is not just discomfort — it is "acoustic smog" that reduces concentration and increases the risk of errors. The Smart Wall system is our response to extreme industrial conditions. Instead of building permanent walls that are impractical when production lines are reorganised, we rely on mobile acoustic barriers. With a panel thickness of 50 mm, we create "breathing zones" directly at assembly workstations or quality control points.

AKU-PR technology: why does it actually work?

The partition fill is not ordinary foam. We use high-density foam from the Professional series (AKU-PR), which not only insulates but above all absorbs and disperses sound waves. At a thickness of 50 mm, we achieve 13 dB of insulation — a difference employees feel immediately as a transition from the "roar of machines" to a "tolerable background hum". Every panel has a hygiene approval, which is crucial in industries with strict cleanliness requirements.

Solid: construction resistant to tough conditions

Smart Wall partitions are based on a rigid aluminium frame. The stabilising feet are designed to ensure the structure stands firm without anchoring to the floor (though the anchoring option is available for maximum safety). By choosing one of 7 foam colours, you can additionally introduce visual organisation of communication routes.
